We will travel from Kilometer 13 to the Vilama Ravine, where we will hike to the point where we can enjoy these beautiful natural waterfalls.

Itinerary

  • DAY 1:
    We pick you up at the hotel where they are staying in San Pedro de Atacama. We will arrive at the border of Hito Cajón between Chile and Bolivia to carry out the migratory procedures. We will have breakfast at the border and put our luggage in the jeep. We begin to visit the Laguna Blanca, and the Laguna Verde which is at the base of the Licancabur Volcano. El viaje continúa hacia el norte para visitar el Desierto de Salvador Dalí, Las Aguas Termales de Polques, Los Geysers de Sol de Mañana, hasta llegar a la espectacular Laguna Colorada, donde podrán apreciar miles de flamencos. Then we will settle in the Villa Mar hostel located in the Mallku Community for dinner and overnight. The hostel is located at a height of 3500 meters.

    DAY 2: We will have breakfast at the hostel and visit the Cave Paintings and the Valley of the Rocks, where you can see formations such as the Lost City of Italy, the World Cup, the Camel, etc. Then we will visit the Laguna Negra where a large amount of highland fauna such as Tawas or Geese lives, and the vegetation is abundant. Visit to Laguna Catal also known as Laguna Misteriosa and Cañon de Catal. Lunch. Stop at the viewpoint of the Cascada de Agua Dulce, until you reach a valley where many highland communities live. These communities are dedicated to raising Andean animals such as llamas and alpacas. The day ends with the arrival in the community of Villa Candelaria at a Salt Hostel with double or triple accommodation for dinner and rest.

    DAY 3: We start at 05:00 AM to go to Incahuasi Island, located in the central sector of the Salar de Uyuni. Here we will enjoy the sunrise. We will visit the Hotel de Playa Blanca, a hotel entirely built with blocks of salt. We continue with our route until we reach the Ojos del Salar and the Montones de Sal. We will arrive at the Community of Colchani where we can observe the Artisanal Process of extracting the Salt consumed by all Bolivians. Lunch. After lunch we are headed to the last attraction of the excursion, the Uyuni Train Cemetery. Passengers returning to San Pedro will depart from our agency in Bolivia at approximately 04:00 PM.

    DAY 4 (Only for passengers that returns): We start the return at 05:00 AM, we will have breakfast at the Laguna Blanca refuge and we will go to Hito Cajón. Here we will carry out the immigration procedures and finally our last destination San Pedro de Atacama, arriving at approximately 12:00 PM.
